| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8422-Coliform found present in 10/07/10 sample. DETAILS: Take four routine samples in the system early this week. One from same tap as 10-7 sample, one within two connections upstream of first sample and another within two connections downstream of first sample and a fourth sample from the opposite side of the park. [as 10-7 sample was taken from first connection Dean will pick an alternative site]. Mark all above samples as "repeats". Call Health Department if any show presence of coliforms. Otherwise, in the month of November five samples are due spread around the park with all marked as "temporary routine". As this operator indicates he is current with monthly assessment monitoring fir the ground water rule, there is no additional requirement to draw a source sample in conjunction with the 10/7-10 results. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples and five temporary routine samples. | ||
