| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: In-filed contact was made with the new owner operator of the firm, Pamela Swanson, 10/11/10. The previous firm, The Beef Jerky Store, closed down about May of 2010. /the new operation opened August 2010. The store does ice, soda and coffee service and serves about 300 customers a day. An inventory change form was filled out to reflect these changes as well as a change to transient system from State-Reg. Information on testing and testing frequency was provided to the owner. She stated Coliform and Nitrate testing would begin. ACTION NEEDED: Need quarterly Coliform and annual Nitrate tests. | ||
