| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed settlement deadlines DETAILS: Chandler called me in the morning to let me know that he was delivering the completed project intake form to OBDD today. Martin Klinger signed the operator contract yesterday. I asked Chandler to make sure both of these items were faxed into the DWP office by the end of the day. Chandler talked to David Funderburk and the plans have been stamped and are going to be sent to Fred Kalish by electronic mail today. Mr. Funderburk also said he would call Fred today. I also clarified with Chandler that the log of water quality complaints should include every complaint related to water quality, whether specific or general…even complaints about the fact that the boil water notice has been in place too long. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of documents before the end of the day. | ||
