| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed 10/31 deadlines DETAILS: I spoke with Chandler regarding the lack of an effluent flowmeter in the Bear Creek system. Chandler stated that Robert Henry inspected the system yesterday and observed that there was in fact no effluent flowmeter for the contact chamber. This was of course noted in the last sanitary survey for the system, and was ordered to be corrected by October 31 of this year. It isnt possible at this point to install a flowmeter by the October 31 deadline at this point or complete the tracer study which is also due by the 31st. ACTION NEEDED: Await eventual completion of flowmeter installation and tracer study or proceed with additional enforcement actions. | ||
