| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to total coliform positive sample DETAILS: A positive total coliform result was received from the city. David mentioned that at the time of collection, the cap to the sample bottle got contaminated. This could have been the cause of the contamination. Four repeat samples are needed by 11/3. The results will need to be received by 11/10. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples 11/3 - if they come out negative, 5 routine samples will need to be collected 11/17. | ||
