| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT COLI 8415---The routine sample collected on 10-07-10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 10/12/10 --- he routine sample collected on 10/0//10 tested positive for total coliform. Velma Narramores phone is disconnected: I left a message on the maintenance persons (Charles) phone number with repeat sampling requirements and request for a return call. I received a call from Charles who gave me Velmas new phone number (541-582-3609) and I called Velma and left a message requesting a return call. I called a and discussed repeat sampling requirements with Velma who said that she would call GPWL to find out whether or not they collected repeat samples for her. 10-15-10 --- Four repeat samples collected from distribution system tested negative for total coliform (the sample collected at the source tested positive for TC). ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are required in November. | ||
