| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI8451 --- The routine sample collected on 10/11/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 10/15/10 --- The routine sample collected on 10-12-10 tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Bob Phair this morning regarding repeat and temporary routine sampling requirements. 10/15/10 --- I asked Daniel Hough if he was familiar with the "Waterlab Corporation", the lab that analyzed this sample. He found out that they are in Salem. I called Neilson Research, as they collect samples for Jacksonville LDS Church and they informed me that they did not collect a sample on 10/12/10 for Jacksonville LDS Church. I let David Hough know that a mistake was made. 10/15/10 --- Roberta Lindgren e-mailed a notice advising us to ignore the Alert. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
