| Details: | SUMMARY: Two repeat samples collected on 09/01/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 09/03/10 --- I spoke with Bill Chmelir (541-761-4687) who told me that he has shocked chlorinated the system from the storage tank outwards. During the conversation we determined the source was not actually sampled, so he will collect a source sample today. 09/08/10 --- I spoke with Kathy Chmelir today regarding the public notice and e-mailed her the template. 10/15/10 --- Five temporary routines collected on 09/23/10 tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
