| Details: | SUMMARY: Replacement repeat +TC DETAILS: Repeat collected 11/1/10 to replace the +TC repeat from 10/29/10 was also +TC. I spoke with Mr. Arnold and he understands that the system has a TCR MCL and needs to do a tier 2 public notice within 30 days. He indicated that WSWD was receiving water from PWB with a low chlorine residual for about two weeks leading up to 10/28-- he notified PWB and they were able to send higher residual water over to him from another source. Mr. Arnold took what steps he could to purge the low residual water from his system by turning over storage tanks and asking TVWD to purge their parallel transmission main. He is going to take some repeat samples now and I told him to do at least three from areas that have the lowest chlorine residual. ACTION NEEDED: System has taken corrective action-- will wait for results from further sampling and will respond accordingly. | ||
