| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed installation of nitrate treatment system DETAILS: I spoke with Matthew Moore about his message notifying me that the water system completed installation of a nitrate treatment system. I notified Matthew that the Drinking Water Porgram needs a written response to the plan review approval letter written by Evan Hofeld to finish the approval process for the new treatment system. I also told Matthew that we need the nitrate sampling results which show that the nitrate treatment system is working effectively. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of the the plan review response letter and nitrate sampling results before the system can be considered to have met the requirements of the administrative order issued on August 11, 2010. | ||
