| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI8162 --- Five temporary routines collected on 09-01-10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 09/03/10 --- Eileen and I discussed the repeat sampling requirements. 09/07/10 --- Eileen called and said that there was a line break that they became aware of after collecting the routine samples. The shock chlorinated the system before Labor Day week-end and will collect repeat samples when there is no chlorine left in the system. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert for action needed. | ||
