| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT ID: CHEM4443 --- The quarterly nitrate sample collected on 09/03/10 had a level of 7.23 mg/L (over one half of the MCL). DETAILS: 10/20/10 --- The quarterly nitrate sample collected on 09/03/10 had a level of 7.23 mg/L (over one half of the MCL). The nitrate schedule for this water system was changed back to annual on 10/04/10 as they have demonstrated that arsenic levels are reliably and consistently below the MCL. I spoke with George on 10/04/10 and informed him of the schedule change. ACTION NEEDED: One nitrate sample is due in 2011. | ||
