| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT ID: CHEM 4444 --- The arsenic sample collected on 10/07/10 teated above the MCL for arsenic. The running Annual (RAA) also exceeds the MCL. DETAILS: 10/21/10 --- I spoke with Shirley Van Leuven yesterday. She has resigned front the Water Board and sent both Daniel Hough (DWP) and me letters to that effect. She also met with Daniel recently: According to Daniel, the Board is not wanting to move forward with addressing the arsenic exceedance and the lack of progress by Evergreen Meadows with respect to applying for loans to cover the cost of treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Evergreen Meadows must take corrective action as spelled out in the 07/20/10 letter sent by our office. | ||
