| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding TC M/R Violation #3526912 DETAILS: Received a phone call from Jeff Steyaert. The coliform samples for the third quarter were taken but not received by the State. I told him to send me the results and that I would forward then on to DMCE. He might also call Chuck Michael to discuss why the State had not received the results. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve violation when results have been posted to SDWIS. | ||
