| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed five temporary routines for the month of October. DETAILS: Theresa e-mailed to let me know that they took a special sample after shocking the well and it came back ND. She wanted clarification on how to take the temporary routines. I explained that she needed to take five temporary routines not four. I also asked her if the company that shocked the well found anytheing that may have been the source of the problem. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
