Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to M&R violation #3516903 for TC. DETAILS: Contacted Linda about third quarter TC sample. She said she took it in the beginning of July. I explained that the state doesnt have record of it being reported. I asked her to contact the lab and have them send it to them. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to show up on SDWIS.
