| Details: | SUMMARY: Low Water Pressure DETAILS: I had sent emails and left voice mail for Chandler yesterday regarding complaints of low water pressure at locations within the Bear Creek WS. Chandler called this morning to confirm that they were having problems maintaining the volume in the storage reservoir due to the inability of the pump with the IG wet well to keep up with the current demand flows. Chandler indicated that the water level in the reservoir was approximately 5 feet. He said he was arranging for a larger pump to be installed in the wet well - hopefully not later than today to correct this problem. ACTION NEEDED: I requested that Chandler call me as soon as pump was installed. | ||
