| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution fo ciolation #2539213, TCR sample submitted. DETAILS: Violation ID 2539213 - Violation has been resolved. Sample submitted and resolved 10/12/10 as indicated by SDWIS. I had spoken with brad in late Sept, early October (before I received a violation notice on the system) about submitting the quarterly test for TCR. He had not submitted a third quarter test but did get a test in on 10/12/10 for the fourth quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Continue submitting quarterly TCR samples ona timely basis. | ||
