| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation ID #1214 - No triggered/source sample after TCR positive test. DETAILS: Violation 1214 ----The system had a positive TCR on 09/02/10. On 09/08/10 the GP Water Lab took four repeat samples, three samples were from within the distribution, and one sample was from the well head. The sample from the well head was incorrectly labeled, and should have been labeled as a "trigger" sample which would satisfy the conditions of this violation. In speaking with the lab on 11/01/10, they will be taking five routine samples on 11/03/10 and conditionally they will be taking a sixth source sample which will satisfy the conditions of this violation. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples and one source sample. | ||
