| Details: | SUMMARY: Inventory/Documentation of new water system. DETAILS: The system serves a day care facility that has increased in size from below 10 population to 16. I have faxed to DHS-DWP water sampling results for coliform, nitrate and arsenic. I also faxed to DHS-DWP (Rachael Gruen) the Source Info, Water System Info. & Entry Structure Diagram. ACTION NEEDED: Perform survey & complete ERP when day care facility is up and running. | ||
