Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform positive for sample date 08/11/10. DETAILS: Left a voice mail for Gilbert letting him know that they have a positive routine total coliform sample for sample date 07/14/10. Let him know that they need to take a triggered source sample at the wellhead as three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know five temporary samples in the month of Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and follow up if necessary.
