| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coiform positive for sample date 08/04/10. DETAILS: Chris Schneider pump called on behalf of Perly Water System: We discussed what the options are for the system because they seem to be getting sporadic TC+ samples. I suggested that the system seriously consider residual maintenance chlorination because the source samples are coming back negative and the TC+ samples are in the distribution system. This could be due to an old distribution system that should be leaking. I also let Chris know that he system should take three repeat samples in the dist. system as well as source samples at each well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and follow up if necessary. | ||
