| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for sample date 08/31/10. DETAILS: Contacted Roger to let him know about the positive sample results. He indicated that the sample was taken from a frost free hose bib and he felt that the tech from the lab was new and used poor sampling technique. I let him know that he should call the lab and tell them that he will need to take four repeat samples with one being a source sample at the well head. I also let him know that they will need tot take five temp. routine samples for the month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and follow up if needed. | ||
