| Details: | SUMMARY: 5/5 temp routine samples positive for sample date 08/31/10. DETAILS: Called Wanda and let her know that the system had 5/5 temporary routine samples positive. She said that she had been notified by the lab and that she felt that the disinfection of the system wasnt done correctly in her opinion. I let her know that she didnt need to take any repeats since they are already in MCL for total coliform. They would however need to take a triggered source sample at the well head for the ground water rule. She said that they will do a proper disinfection of the system. I let her know that the State will be looking for another five temp routine samples for the month of Sept. She said that she understood and would be sure to get them. I also mentioned that they need to update the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further testing ansd respond if necessary | ||
