| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform sample positive for sample dte 09/17 DETAILS: Called Meg and let her know that the routine sample that was taken on 09/17 was positive for total coliform. She felt it may have been sampling technique error on her part. I discussed proper sampling technique and also mentioned that some labs have a service that they will go to her facility and pull the samples. I let her know that she needs to take a triggered source sample that will also count as a repeat as well as three distribution repeat samples. If all of the samples come back negative then she will need to take five temp routine samples for the month of October. Meg also gave me an updated facility phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat results and follow up if necessary. Send in inventory update form to DHS-DWP to update the facilitys phone number. | ||
