| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert - COLI8471 DETAILS: Received a telephone call from Pam on 10/18 regarding situation. She was already in the process of taking her four repeat samples when she called. I reviewed with her the next steps as well as where the four repeat samples need to come from. I indicated one sample had to come from the original sampling site and one sample had to come from the well head. Pam is a new system /operator and has not yet had a survey or a chance to review some of these items (ironically her survey is scheduled for 10/20). I will meet with Pam on 10/20 for a water survey and will review all of these items at that time with her. ACTION NEEDED: Submit the four repeat samples and five routine samples on November. | ||
