| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert COLI8495 - amples positive fpr TCR. DETAILS: Water Quality Alert: COLI8495 --- Visited Pam again on 10/21 to complete her water survey. At the end of the survey the GP Water Lab called to state that the four repeat samples submitted the previous day had also tested positive for coliform. Having just finished the survey (and Pam had completed the ERP and coliform sampling plan), Pam was aware of the next steps in terms of shock chlorinating the system and issuing a public notice. Visited Pam again the morning of 10/22 to issue a Tier II public notice (attached) and drop of chlorine test strips. She will work with Ron on shock chlorinating the system tonight (10/22) and then take her five routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate and issue public notice. | ||
