Details: SUMMARY: Out of water DETAILS: Called in response to nitrate monitoring reminder letter. Can not sample because system is shut down for the winter. Will sample for nitrate (and one-time arsenic) in Spring 2011 when they open. Understands they will get a violation for 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Change operating season from year-round to seasonal (Apr 1- Dec 31 will work).
