| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up for no third quarter TC. DETAILS: No routine coliform for third quarter 2010. Called owner Jay and he said he was deer hunting and didnt get back in time to turn one in. He just took one in early October for the fourth quarter. The lodge has been closed for a few weeks and will re-open for Thanksgiving. ACTION NEEDED: If fourth quarter sample already turned in, will need another first quarter 2011 before March 31. | ||
