| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC + follow up DETAILS: Received call from operator Terry regarding 10/04 positive sample. Terry said they had been working on the reservoir and the positive sample is probably a result of having the lid off and the work done. He asked if we could change the RT to a Special. I informed him that the only way to invalidate a sample is to take four repeats samples and if al but the original location are absent, you can replace the original sample and invalidate it. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeats samples. Results will dictate future action. Five routines needed in October unless invalidated. | ||
