| Details: | I contacted Mr. Kalita regarding the confirmed TC positive from 9/21/20. I outlined a correct repeat process, the requirement of 3 temporary routines for October, described an acceptable shock chlorination process, and discussed completion of a level 1 investigation. It appears a likely source of contamination was a recent repair to cabin 4, which was indicated by sampling. | ||
