| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for repeat TC+ DETAILS: Three or four repeats samples TC+ 10/04. Called Mike and discussed chlorination of well, resampling and public notice. Mike already sent out his own letter to all homes discussing positive samples and corrective action and to expect chlorine. I e-mailed Mike PN templates to add required language. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate, flush and resample early next week to verify that chlorination worked. Get me a copy of PN. | ||
