| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up fpr one of five temporary routine TC+. DETAILS: Called Ray 10/20 and discussed one of five temporary routines positive. Two smaples were taken at same site and one absent and one present. Other three absent. Lab took five samples without system knowing and sampled at incorrect locations per system. System wil take a follow up verification sample om November tro make sure all is absent. System knows it will reveive violations for not enough repeats/routines. ACTION NEEDED: Take verification sample in November and if absent, go back to quarter routine sampling. | ||
