| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered source sample E. Coli positive two out of three distribution samples are coliform positive. MCL Violation. DETAILS: Diane was informed to take five confirmation samples at the source due to positive hit for E. Coli. The system was instructed to issue a boil water notice to the residents, the tennis club and the gymnastics club. A water fountain was permanently removed. Bottled water is being supplied to all on the system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the confirmation samples. | ||
