Details: SUMMARY: Routine TC+ for sample date 10/01/10. DETAILS: Called and left message for Mel letting him know about the positive sample. I reminded him to be sure to take a triggered source sample that will count as repeat and three repeats in the distribution system. I also reminded him to take five temporary routine samples for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary.
