| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ for sample date 10/12/10. DETAILS: Called and left a message for Joe and Lilli letting them know that the routine sample was positive for total coliform. Let them know that they need to repeat samples. One of the samples will be a triggered source at the well head and three distribution samples. I also indicated that they will need five temporary routine samples for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
