Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ sample date 10/18/10. DETAILS: Called and spoke with Lilli to let her know that one repeat sample was positive fir total coliform. She knew that sample from the winery faucet was positive. I let her know to be sure to avoid sampling from any sinks with swivels and be sure to remove aerators. She said that Joe would be disinfecting the system over the weekend. I let her know that they will need to post a public notice. She gave me their fax # so I faxed the public notice template for unresolved total coliform. I asked her to send a completed copy to the State of this office. I also indicated that they will need five temporary routine samples for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary.
