| Details: | SUMMARY: Field visit DETAILS: Called operator and asked if he had a chance to do the repairs to the wellhead at the Admin. Building. He indicated the he had made the changes to protect the openings from contamination. I let him know that I would stop by and take a picture. He said that wouldnt be a problem but there is some construction going on at the admin building, but I would have access to the wellhead. Deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
