| Details: | SUMMARY: Five repeat samples postive for total coliform. DETAILS: Call to Mr. Reyes president of the HOA, he was aware of the alert. We discussed flushing and chlorinating the system, resampling and public notice. I e-mailed Mr. Reyes links to well chlorination and public notice. ACTION NEEDED: 1) Public Notice 2) Resolve the problem 3) Resample "special sample". 4) Five temporary Routines to be taken in October 2010. | ||
