Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to significant deficiencies of sanitary survey. DETAILS: Received letter in mail (attached) stating items identified in the survey on 06/22/10 had been corrected. Called they system on 10/13 to verify completion and correction of the items as noted during survey. All items as noted during the sanitary survey have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
