| Details: | SUMMARY: Change in source water DETAILS: Dave Snyder called to inquire on what he needs to do to place existing source well on-line. Although the well is listed in SDWIS as active, it has not been used for some time. Dave said the cost of bringing the existing surface water treatment system up to LT2 requirements is too costly. I explained to Dave that he needed to submit the well log, site plan and latest water quality results and plan review fee to DWP to initiate the plan review process. He will do so. He hopes to gain approval for use of the well by the end of 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for plan review submittal. | ||
