| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Nitrate alert of 7.9 DETAILS: I contacted Amy Parmenter to discuss what steps we take when a state system tests above 1/2 MCL for Nitrate. She said we do not require quarterly monitoring. In 2008, Deb Hoy from Linn County spoke with Randy and discussed sampling twice per year. He said he would bring it up at their next meeting and get them back to taking them twice per year. Next door the fish labs do their won testing and levels are 4-5. Randy said that if the levels go any higher, they will bring back Culligan water for drinking. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
