| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed formal deadlines for installation of nitrate treatment DETAILS: I called Upper Columbia Mill and spoke with Kerry Hart after leaving a message for Eric Schooler in the Portland corporate headquarters. Mr. Hart stated that they have decided to install a larger treatment system that initially planned to treat the water supplied to the breakroom, bathrooms, and food preparation area. I informed Mr. Hart that we were expecting to have the bilateral compliance agreement signed by Upper Columbia Mill by the end of the week, and that without the agreement in place DWPs only other option would be to send a letter to the company formally notifying them that they are in violation of our rules and setting reasonable dates ourselves. Mr. Hart stated that he would email me a copy of the agreement as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of a revised agreement for printing by the end of the week. | ||
