Details: SUMMARY: Violation #3046114 DETAILS: E-mailed the operator/owner. He stated that he could not afford to take all of the routine samples needed. He did take one routine sample and it was negative for total Coliform. We discussed why five routine samples were needed to verify the quality of the water supply, but the owner refused to take the samples. He said he would continue with regular monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
