| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for total coliform repeats. DETAILS: 10/06/10-- Aoke to the operator (Ron) about positive repeat samples. He said he already disinfected the eservoirs. We discussed disinfection of the wells to ensure that the source is not contaminated. A letter, instructions on ho to dis infect a system and a sample public notice were maield to his address (PO Box 1052, Roseburg). ACTION NEEDED: Ensue five routine samples are taken in October. | ||
