| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: Total coliform positive routine sample. Operator called on 10/19/10 and 10/26/10 to discuss situation. The operator was unavailable but messages were left specifying the follow up procedure necessary. Operator was told to take five routine samples in November and to also check the chlorine residual level in the distribution system as the repeats had levels that were too high. A letter was also sent on 10/26/10 explaining this information. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples in November. | ||
