Details:	SUMMARY: Source water positive follow up contact. DETAILS: The source sample was positive for coli forms. I asked the operator to pull five follow-up samples (that were not needed). The source has had problems in the past and now has a UV disinfection unit on the system. Finished water tested fine. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
