| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed deficiencies from survey done on 09/29/10. DETAILS: Larry called to9 discuss the deficiency for not having an ordinance or enabling authority. He said he had all of his paper work and it was done on 08/26/03. I asked him to call Michael Perry at the state to find out why SDWIS says they dont have it. He said he would do so. He also questioned my comment on the survey about it not being approved to use the polaris equipment due to it not being NSF 61 to clean the redwood tank. I told him I would have jay MacPherson give him a call to discuss further. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear back from Larry after the contacts Michael Perry. Call Jay and ask him to call Larry to discuss the Polaris equipment. | ||
