Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow-up for non-reporting. Violation #592130 DETAILS: Operation received a violation for non-reporting during the second quarter of 2010. The facility had tested on 05/26/10 and paperwork shows that the test results have been sent to DHS. ACTION NEEDED: I faxed a copy of the report to Robert at DHS to log into the data base. Copy of report in file at NCPHD.
