| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Phone number for Mike Phillips no longer accepting phone calls. Westwood Industries is currently on quarterly Arsenic sampling. No new plan review information submitted to-date 10/05/10. Mike said ob 08/17/09 plan review was supposed to be re-submitted on August 2009 (this never occurred). Quarterly Arsenic sample is 0.011 over the MCL. Public notice requires to be re-issued/updated and a copy submitted to Lane County within next 10mdays by 10/15/10. Written proposal to Lane County for updates on plan review, Arsenic treatment etc., also required. Mailed Mike Phillips this Alert 10/05/10. Bottled water is still being supplied to water system? ACTION NEEDED: Public notice requires updating with new Arsenic levels. To remain posted until Arsenic issue is resolved. | ||
